Founded by a team of veterans and tech industry professionals, MVA provides comprehensive training in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Copilot, model-driven applications with Dataverse, and Power BI. Founder & CEO

Jaeth DeFuria

Jaeth DeFuria, a dedicated military veteran, understands veterans' unique challenges when transitioning to civilian life and launching new careers. Recognizing that veterans' valuable training and experience sometimes translate poorly on resumes, Jaeth founded Moving Vets Ahead (MVA) to bridge this gap.

From the very beginning, Jaeth's leadership has been instrumental in MVA's success. He has organized job-specific training in telecommunications, personally serving as the lead trainer. His efforts have also ensured that veterans have free access to work vehicles and tools, a crucial support that allows them to earn a living while completing their training.

As technology continues to evolve, so does MVA. Drawing from his extensive experience as a Director of Technology, Jaeth is expanding MVA's training programs to include cutting-edge fields like data analytics, Power Apps programming, and the application of AI in business analytics. His vision and leadership propel MVA forward, empowering veterans to thrive in modern, technology-driven careers.
